Cancellation & Return Policy
At Porta, we are committed to providing our valued customers with the highest quality products and services. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to offer a fair and transparent cancellation and return process.
Return Conditions
Returns must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
Personal use items (e.g., bathroom accessories, certain kitchenware) are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
Custom-made, personalized, or specially imported items cannot be returned.
Return Process
Send your return request to 2023porta2023@gmail.com, including your order number and the reason for return.
Upon approval, you will be asked to ship the item back to us.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, and if it meets the return conditions, your refund will be processed within 7 business days for the item cost only.
Unless the item is defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Defective Products
If the product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please do not accept the package and ask the courier to record an official damage report.
For issues noticed after delivery, you must contact us within 3 days.
In the case of defective products, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
